Arizona | What’s it like to eat bone marrow next to a 🐻 taxidermy?

This time, taking advantage of the autumn Arizona Restaurant Week, I checked out a new trendy restaurant and bar in Downtown Phoenix. The restaurant week offers three set menus at $33,$44, and $55, with varying prices based on the main course, or you can order from the regular menu. As soon as I walked in, my eyes were drawn to the various cool animal taxidermies. Besides the various bird 🐦 specimens hanging from the ceiling, there were also large bears 🐻 and grey wolves 🐺, making me feel like I had wandered into a museum 😂. The experience of eating under the watchful eyes of all these creatures was so novel‼️ 🍹: The most distinctive feature of this place is a cocktail called The One From IG, which, as the name suggests, is a must for an IG checkpoint 😂. The bar has a retro cocktail machine, one of only seven in the U.S., and you can shake it yourself, which is quite fun 😃. 🍴: The Bonet: A must-order 📷 giant beef bone marrow‼️ Each one weighs three pounds and comes with bread. To be honest, how much marrow you get in your bone is up to luck, as each one is different, haha. Wild Boar Bolognese: One of the star dishes. The pasta with tomato sauce is rich in flavor, a sort of Italian pasta 🍝 that’s been adapted to American tastes. Chilean Sea Bass: This dish is much lighter in flavor, suitable for friends who don’t like heavy flavors. The subtle lemon scent paired with the vegetable sides feels very healthy. This place only serves dinner, with dim lighting and loud music, making it more suitable for young people who enjoy a fashionable atmosphere. If you want to have a quiet conversation, this might not be the place.
