Uptown Phoenix is hiding many treasure troves of Instagrammable restaurant bars. This time, I’m recommending the poolside restaurant/bar at Rise Uptown Hotel. You don’t have to be a hotel guest to visit the restaurant. The restaurant features a Hawaiian and Japanese fusion island style, with every drink looking as good as it tastes. This place attracts lots of beautiful ladies for photos on weekends. The surprising part is that besides the alcoholic beverages, the food is also great!
