Arizona Scottsdale | Can You Believe This Is in the Desert?

The second restaurant I visited during Arizona Restaurant Week is this super popular Cuban-inspired spot hidden inside the Scott Resort near Old Town Scottsdale - The Canal Club.🌟 As soon as I walked in, I was amazed by the grand hotel lobby, with towering tropical plants and wicker furniture that instantly transported me to Latin America. It’s hard to believe this is in the Arizona desert. This hotel is also a favorite for bachelorette parties, with weekends full of beautifully dressed ladies!🌟 Compared to Sante from another post, this $44 pp trendy restaurant is quite a steal. The portion size of the main course didn’t shrink just because it’s a special menu, and we actually had to pack leftovers, so the value for Restaurant Week is excellent 👍! The two appetizers were both beautifully presented and delicious, and the main course of Crispy Skin Salmon was very generous! For dessert, we chose their signature Churro Doughnut Hole, which is like the Churros you’d eat at an amusement park but in cute little balls, and the Passionfruit dipping sauce was amazing.🌟 The other dessert, Flan, is like the Latin version of cheesecake, less sweet and creamy, and with exquisite plating, it’s perfect for photos 📷. From the regular menu, I highly recommend the Gaucho Steak and Ceviche, also served in large portions, perfect for sharing with the table. After eating, you can take a stroll inside the hotel, with tropical scenery at every turn! In summary, this trendy restaurant lives up to its reputation, and I’ll definitely be back for a third visit!🌟 #GlobalFoodieSquad #WeekendDiningExploration #ArizonaCuisine #Scottsdale #HiddenGemRestaurant #ArizonaFood #Arizona #PhoenixFood
