Atomix Dishes I've Tried π
β’ Fluke: King Crab / White Kimchi / XO Scallop / Abalone Sauce / Egg Custard / Elderberry π This dish features seafood with a rich, creamy white kimchi sauce. The flavors are decent. The XO scallop is quite salty, but the white fish is mild, so it balances out. π¦ β’ A5 Wagyu: Tomato Rice Sauce / Potato / Sansho / Seaweed Noodles / Nori This was my least favorite dish. The wagyu was already very fatty, and the fried potato pancake underneath was even oilier. It felt very greasy. The seaweed noodles were refreshing but didnβt cut through the richness. I would have preferred something tangy like pickles. π π β’ Hydrangea Tea: Tofu / Red Dates / Walnuts A pretty standard palate cleanser. The black sugar flavor was more prominent than any floral notes. π β’ Rice Ice Cream: Traditional Korean Syrup / Honeycomb πThis was quite good. The ice cream had a new flavor that wasnβt too sweet, and the popcorn and sugar pieces added nice texture. However, I still think white truffle would pair better with desserts. The black truffle here felt a bit off. π¦ Overall, it was an interesting experience with some dishes standing out more than others. πΊ #NewYork #NYCFoodie #MichelinTwoStars ππ
