Authentic Korean Food|Totally Addicted to Bossam – Can’t Stop Eating!

After meeting up with a friend on a weekday, we decided to continue our chat over some hearty Korean meat and soup in Ktown. I’ve actually tried this restaurant at other locations around LA before—it’s seriously delicious, so visiting their branch here was a no-brainer. No regrets! 🙌 🥬 Korean Soy-Braised Pork Belly (Bossam) Their Bossam is slow-cooked with multiple spices until the fat melts in your mouth and the lean meat stays tender and juicy—rich but not greasy. 🐖 It’s served steaming hot with a small flame underneath, alongside fresh cabbage leaves, garlic slices, shrimp sauce, and special dipping sauce. Wrapping it all up and taking a bite? Pure layers of flavor! 🧄🌿 Even better with a shot of soju—perfect pairing! 🍶 🍲 Korean Beef Intestine Hotpot My friend loves beef intestines, so we order it every time we see it on the menu. She says this place has one of the best intestine hotpots in LA! The pot is huge, ideal for 2–3 people. The broth is rich with Korean red pepper paste and soybean paste, with a mild spicy kick. 🥵 The intestines curl up slightly when cooked, chewy on the outside, and come with tofu, seafood mushrooms, napa cabbage, and other veggies that balance the spiciness. Perfect for a slightly chilly evening—so satisfying! ❄️🔥 🌭 Sundae (Blood Sausage) & Korean Dumpling Combo This combo is only $19.99 right now! I like sprinkling a little salt and pepper on the blood sausage, then dipping it into the intestine hotpot broth. It makes the texture even richer and more flavorful—softer, juicier, and super comforting. 😋 Sadly, the spicy octopus dumplings were sold out, so we had kimchi dumplings instead—still tasty! 🅿️ Parking There’s even free parking in Ktown—super convenient! 🚗 Yuk Dae Jang 3033 W 6th St Ste 104, Los Angeles, CA 90020 Have you tried Bossam or Korean intestines before?
