Awaji Island 🌿

We had arranged a private charter bus to depart for Awaji Island, 🌸🌺🌿🍃 a destination not originally on our travel itinerary. My interest was piqued when I stumbled upon a vlog about the island, 🌸🌺🌿🍃 and since we prefer natural landscapes over urban shopping, we decided to include it in our plans. After doing some research, we found that transportation to Awaji Island is quite inconvenient. 🌸🌺🌿🍃 Initially, my husband suggested driving there and sorted out the driver's license, but to our surprise, the rental car agency informed us that his Hong Kong license, 🌸🌺🌿🍃 despite being a valid Hong Kong license, could not be used to obtain an international license without a Hong Kong ID, which was not possible for us. 🌸🌺🌿🍃 This left us rather speechless and cost us a loss of 300 yuan in the process.
