🌵AZ Phoenix | 3-Day 2-Night Travel Guide in Phoenix 🏜️

In early March, I took my little dog to Phoenix and Sedona for a few days and had a great time! This note shares my travel guide and hotel recommendations for Phoenix. Attractions 🌵: 📍Papago Park: Home to the iconic Hole in the Rock. Parking is a bit tight, but spots open up if you wait. The palm trees 🌴 by the lake are perfect for photos 📷. The trail up to Hole in the Rock is dusty but offers stunning views—be careful! 📍Desert Botanical Garden: Highly recommend! It takes about 3 hours to explore. The garden is beautifully designed and especially gorgeous at sunset 🌅. There’s a light show at night, and the gift shop is great too! 📍Old Town Scottsdale: A bustling area with shopping malls, bars, and restaurants. We tried a self-driving taxi (Waymo) here—super fun! 📍ASU Art Museum: The building itself is more interesting than the exhibits. The pink walls and palm trees 🌴 make for great photos 📷! 📍Goldfield Ghost Town: About an hour’s drive from downtown. An immersive experience of a gold rush town with a mini train 🚄, live performances, and underground mine tours. Highly recommend! Food 🍟: 🍽️ Mariscos Playa: A popular local Mexican restaurant. Portions are huge, but the taste was just okay. 🍽️ First Watch: A local breakfast chain—pretty decent! 🍽️ Bobby Q: A Texas-style BBQ spot. Maybe I was hungry, but it tasted amazing! ☕️ Futuro: A unique coffee shop—highly recommend trying their specialty drinks. Hotels 🏜️: 📍 Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows: Highly recommend Andaz! So comfortable, modern, and luxurious. The room comes with a private patio and lemon tree. At night, you can stargaze in the courtyard. The resort is surrounded by lawns and gardens, and it’s very peaceful. 📍 The Wigwam: It’s okay, but the rooms are a bit outdated. The garden landscaping is beautiful, though. ✈️ Phoenix Airport is new, spacious, and offers a great experience—way better than Seattle Airport! #Phoenix #PhoenixTravel #PhoenixFood #ArizonaTravel #ArizonaExploration #PhoenixTrip #ArizonaTravel #ArizonaHotels
