Back at the Montreal Classic Restaurant π
One of my favorite spots is definitely Au Pied de Cochon. π½οΈπ Had a great time with my friend, and we got a surprise when they made a mistake with our tartare β it turned out to be the best dish of the night! ππ The foie gras Nigiri was, as always, melt-in-your-mouth delicious. π£π¦ PLOGUE Γ CHAMPLAIN: Also incredibly tasty! The cranberry sauce with foie gras was sweet but not overwhelming. ππ Duck in a Can: I wasnβt impressed last time a few years ago, and Iβm still not wowed. I think my standards for duck are pretty high.
