Back in Moscow, the first thing I did was head to "Tekhnikum"!

🍴: Tekhnikum I’ve posted about this place before—it’s a budget-friendly Michelin-recommended restaurant. On weekdays, they offer a 20% lunch discount, but this time we went on a weekend. It’s usually crowded, but if there’s an empty table, they’ll seat you right away. During peak hours, there might be a time limit, but it’s still plenty for a full meal. What We Ordered: ❤️ Бутер с креветками и сливочным сыром Shrimp Sandwich with Cream Cheese 🥪🦐 Packed with juicy shrimp, avocado cream, and rich cream cheese—super creamy and satisfying! The perfectly runny egg yolk was pure foodie heaven. ❤️ Брускетта со страчателлой и инжиром Fig & Stracciatella Bruschetta 🍞🫐 A sweet & savory combo! Crispy bread topped with fresh figs (in season!), stracciatella cheese (the creamy inside of burrata), and a drizzle of honey. The arugula balanced the sweetness perfectly. So good I tried recreating it at home! ❤️ Лазанья с телятиной в соусе бешамель Beef Lasagna with Béchamel Sauce 🍝🧀 Layers of tender beef, melted cheese, and rich béchamel, with a touch of tomato sauce to cut through the richness. Best shared—it’s decadent! ❤️ Пастрами из говядины с пармезаном и пюре Beef Pastrami with Parmesan & Mashed Potatoes 🥩🥔 Smoky pastrami topped with crispy fried onions, served with creamy mashed potatoes. A flavor bomb! (We reordered this—it’s that good.) ❤️ Черничный торт с голубикой Blueberry Cake 🫐🍰 Their desserts are next-level—not overly sweet, beautifully presented. This one had tons of blueberry jam, balancing sweetness with a slight tang.
