Bad Idea — Nashville Dining Review 🍽️

Nashville’s food scene moves fast — and Bad Idea isn’t as hyped as it used to be. These days, it’s pretty easy to get a reservation 🪑. Still, this spot made it to the Top 50 Favorite Places in the U.S. in 2024! 🏆 The menu has been updated since last year — some popular items stayed, but others (like the durian mille crêpe 🍰) are gone. We ordered 5 dishes + 2 desserts. Honestly… not as mind-blowing as last time, but still interesting! Crispy Rice (Happy Hour special) 🌶️ Topped with lots of herbs and spices — a bit spicy and pretty unique! Noodles 🍜 Americanized version — tasty but a bit salty. Scallop Stuffed Crêpe 🌯 Still the BEST dish here — highly recommend! Beef Heart (name forgotten) 🐮❤️ Served with fried olives — light and refreshing combo. Desserts 🍍🌿 Both were delicious! The one on the left had jackfruit, and the right one had a pandan base — layered, flavorful, and a sweet ending.
