You choose a base drink, either Rice Wine or SOJU, and then pick a fruit flavor. Today, I ordered Rice Wine with lychee, and the shaved ice was incredibly tasty! I really didn't realize how much I had drunk. Bingsu, also known as patbingsu, is a popular Korean shaved ice dessert, especially during the hot and humid summers. It's a refreshing treat that has evolved over the years with various toppings and flavors, making it a delightful summer snack. 🍗 Spicy Chicken Feet with Cheese: I keep reordering the cheese-covered spicy chicken feet countless times! It's a must-order dish every time I come here. The melted cheese is so flavorful, and the chicken feet are tender and melt in your mouth. The taste is 100! There's also a corn cheese pancake with melted cheese that's absolutely delicious! 🍜 Truffle Oil Chapaguri with Pork Belly: A friendly reminder that the truffle oil pork belly noodles come in a huge portion; I've never been able to finish it. The truffle oil flavor is very aromatic, and it pairs well with the crispy grilled pork belly. It's a fantastic combination. 🍖 Spicy Pork Feet: Personally, I find this dish much tastier than their signature Marinated pork feet. These are grilled and incredibly tender, with a texture reminiscent of well-cooked beef tendons but chewier! It's a bit spicy. 🧀 Corn Cheese Pancake: Close your eyes and savor the cheese explosion! It's truly delightful, though the calorie count is too high to contemplate.
