Bath 🛁|Travel Guide

Bath is my 1 city in the UK—fun, charming, photogenic, and delicious 😭 Its only flaw? Being too far from Manchester! 🏛️ Must-Visit Spots 1️⃣ The Roman Baths 🛁 2,000-year-old Roman ruins! Free audio guides (Chinese available). NPCs dressed as Romans roam around—perfect for photos! 📸 2️⃣ Bath Abbey ⛪️ Right next to the baths. Gothic architecture + stunning stained glass windows. The memorial plaques are intricately crafted. Opt for the tower ticket to panoramic city views! 🌆 3️⃣ Pulteney Bridge 🌉 Best bridge views! The park below offers lush greenery—and lawns packed with sunbathing locals 😂 4️⃣ The Circus & Royal Crescent 🏨 Classic Georgian architecture. Pass the Jane Austen Centre en route. Royal Crescent’s massive lawn is super chill—locals picnic, play ball, and walk dogs here! 🐕🧺 5️⃣ Bath Skyline 🌄 A hidden gem for panoramic views (even better than Alexandra Park!). Best at sunset + night views. Pro tip: Taxi up, walk down! 🚖✨ 🍽️ Food Recommendations 1️⃣ Sally Lunn’s 🍞☕️ Historic tearoom with adorable decor! Must-try: Their signature Bun (cinnamon/beef) + scones. English tea is fragrant. Mini museum downstairs! ⚠️ Small space—avoid lunch rush (long queues!). 2️⃣ The Scallop Shell 🐚🐟 Seafood heaven! Locals love it. Top picks: Scallops (their specialty) + arguably the UK’s best fish & chips! 🍤 Fun detail: Bills come in pirate boxes with mint chocolates! 💰🍫 🔺 Book ahead (I waited 40 mins as a walk-in!). 🛍️ Extras Downtown has everything: Waitrose, M&S, and cute shops! Stonehenge aside, 2 days are enough to explore Bath 👌 #UKTravel #BathTourism #HiddenGemsUK #Bath #BathFood #FoodRecommendations 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿✨
