Just found another gem in the Bay Area — Eos & Nyx in San Jose! It’s Cal-Mediterranean cuisine, but the vibe totally blew me away — high ceilings, lush greenery, dreamy lighting… it’s like dining in a forest oasis inside the city 🌿🏙️. Every corner feels like a luxury resort, and it’s super photogenic! Everything we ordered was a delight: ✨ Caviar Crispy Cone So elegant and “ceremonial”! A crispy cone filled with savory creamy cheese, topped with a spoonful of caviar. Bite-sized and absolutely exquisite 🥂. 🥩 Beef Tartare + Bone Marrow This was so good! The bone marrow was perfectly roasted — rich and aromatic — topped with lightly seared beef tartare. The texture shifts from creamy → tender → crispy (with thin crackers). Layers of flavor, not greasy at all — just pure sophistication 😋. 🐟 Whole Roasted White Fish Served whole — so impressive! The fish was tender and flaky, paired with a lemony butter sauce that brightened the flavors beautifully.
