Think of it as the seafood version of Bazaar Meat — you can definitely spot some familiar starters from their sibling restaurant. The portions are HUGE — seriously, three different waitresses warned me, but I didn’t listen… and still couldn’t finish. 😅 Overall, the food leaned too salty and rich — the uni paired with pork felt almost like a waste of good sea urchin. It's worth a try, but not a must-repeat experience. However — the cocktails were unexpectedly fantastic! 🍸✨ Some of the best I’ve had in Vegas. Embarrassingly, I already forgot what I ordered a few days later… but one drink had this perfect sweet-salty balance, almost like preserved plum — tangy, savory, and smooth, yet there was no plum in it!
