🌟🌟L’air Du Temps is a restaurant I’ve been following for many years. The chef is Korean-Belgian, and you can see influences of Korean cuisine in the dishes! 🌟🌟It’s a 45-minute drive from Brussels to the restaurant. Fortunately, on a sunny day, I got to dine outdoors as wished. All the vegetables on the menu come from their own farm. You can even take a walk and visit the farm during your meal. 🌟🌟On the table, there’s also a small booklet that introduces the architect, designer, and all the staff of the restaurant, the people who take care of the farmland, the food suppliers, and all the “behind-the-scenes” contributors.
