So delicious!! I’ve been to Brussels twice and eaten this twice. It’s so good that it warrants a second visit. The combination of cheese 🧀 and mussels is super satisfying for me. Cheese lovers must come and check this place out. Besides chocolate 🍫, I discovered this super popular century-old restaurant in Brussels. A restaurant specializing in mussels. We arrived before it opened, so we didn’t have to wait in line, but later on, there was a wait. We ordered one tomato 🍅 flavor and one classic cheese flavor 🫕. Every bite was tender and juicy; the mussels were plump and not at all shriveled. Because it’s all cheese, it can get a bit rich towards the end. But no worries! Ordering a glass of white wine 🥂 helps cut through the richness.
