Best Korean Food in New York: Hojokban!!! 🫨

📍 Hojokban NYC Even Koreans recommend this as the best Korean restaurant in all of New York! I personally think it’s better and more authentic than the ones in K-Town. 🌟 🥇 Hojok Galbi The signature Korean steak is incredibly aromatic and tender. The sauce is perfectly seasoned, and it’s topped with crushed peanuts and colorful bell peppers. It’s not spicy, just incredibly flavorful! The portion is huge—I shared it with my roommate, and we only managed to eat half. We took the rest home for another meal. 😋 🐙 Octopus Tteokbokki This dish is surprisingly delicious! The mild spiciness is just right, with tender octopus that’s perfectly flavored. The rice cakes are soft, chewy, and sweet—absolutely delightful! 🦑 🍜 Ramyun Fried Rice The Korean bacon fried rice is amazing, especially when paired with the complimentary kimchi. It has a Shin Ramyun flavor that’s not greasy but very fragrant. It’s filling, though, so you might get tired of it if you eat too much. 🍖 📢 Side Dishes: The sweet potato and kimchi are fantastic! The sweet potato perfectly balances the tangy and spicy flavors of the Korean dishes. Plus, you can get refills! I think this innovative Korean restaurant does the best job in New York of preserving the authentic flavors of Korean cuisine. The ambiance is also top-notch, making for a great dining experience. We walked in without a reservation and sat at the bar, which was packed with mostly Koreans. The presentation and environment are more refined than what you’d find in K-Town. 🌟 💰 Average Cost: $60 per person #KoreanFood #HiddenGemRestaurant #RestaurantRecommendation 🌃
