🍝 BEST Pasta I've Ever Had in My ENTIRE Life .... 🇮🇹

Guys... I saw this on TikTok and told my friend we could go try it out for dinner. And my friend said "nahh I think it's just TikTok hype, I bet it's mediocre, maybe we shouldn't go," and I still wanted to try because I was curious since it looked chewy too (my fave) and I mean... mayhaps it's viral for a reason? So we eventually went! And my god... I am - no, WE were so glad we went. Bc that was the best pasta we've ever eaten in our entire lives. Literally the moment we put it in our mouth we were just like 🤯 On top of that, we were really hungry too, lol, and one downside was the wait was sooo long, almost an hour (but it could just be our experience). The owner? Or manager, I don't know, was suuuper friendly too and kept checking on whether the food was good and even jokingly came beside while I was taking pics and took a photo together with me! 📸😄 ANYWAY, I got the Strozzapreti Carbonara (17€).... Literally, I was so tempted to overstay 1 more day in Rome (not just bc the city is insanely beautiful and vibey) but also just bc I wanted to eat this pasta one more time. Tiramisu (8€) was also pretty good! My 1 favorite was funnily in a Rome resto IN MILAN, but this and another one I had in Rome were 2 and 3 (but honestly tied because they taste super similar, but I just cleared the tiramisu cup from the 2 one way too well 😆) But anyway, if you're planning to go to Rome, please try this pasta... esp if u love thick or chewy food and/or Carbonara.
