🍝 Best Pasta in Shoreditch You Should Visit ASAP: Gloria, Shoreditch
Overall Rating: 4/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recommendation: Lemon & ricotta ravioli Per Person: £30-60 Opening Hours: Open every day (please see their website as hours vary depending on the day) Gloria was recommended to me by my Italian friend, so that should already tell you that it's good. Jokes aside, this was one of the best pasta I've had in London, and in Shoreditch, it's definitely on top of the game! 📝 What I Got: Chardonnay: £6.5 per glass Prosciutto di Parma (starter): £10.00 Ravioli di ricotta & limone (main): £17.50 Green day (basil pesto) (main): £16.00 Mamma mess (meringue based dessert): £10.50 🍖 Prosciutto di Parma: Personally, this prosciutto was just perfect. These were thin slices of Prosciutto di Parma DOP—sweet, delicate, and flavorful, with the perfect balance between firm and fatty. 🍋 Ricotta and Lemon Ravioli: My absolute favourite!! I thought this might be heavy, but the lemon was cutting the butteriness perfectly, and the ricotta filling was very light. Incredible! 🍝 Green Malfaline Pasta: The other pasta we had was a home-made green mafaldine pasta in a basil pesto topped with burrata. Maybe a little too oily for my liking, but it was absolutely delicious. I especially liked the super long and wavy pasta shape. Also, both pasta were cooked al dente but on the firmer side, which I love. 🍓 Dessert: Finally, we had a nice sweet and tangy dessert which is a meringue and whipped cream with raspberries and strawberries served with a blackcurrant coulis. 🌟 Big Mamma Group: You simply can't go wrong with the Big Mamma Group.
