Lately, my feed has been flooded with posts about Yuk Dea Jang (Six Generals)—so today, my family and I finally went to try their famous beef bone soup! 🍖🔥 ✨ General’s Beef Bone Soup The beef ribs are stewed until incredibly flavorful—tender, juicy, and not dry at all! The wide noodles and rice cakes soak up the rich broth, which has a spicy-sweet balance that’s seriously delicious. It also comes with potatoes, pumpkin, and mushrooms—so hearty! Compared to SND, their sauce is slightly sweeter, which we loved, and the price is more affordable too. We couldn’t even finish the meal and ended up taking a big portion home! 🥡 ✨ Cold Noodles Refreshing and perfect for balancing the spice! After the hearty beef ribs, a bowl of icy cold noodles hits the spot—so satisfying! ❄️🍜 ✨ Cod & Beef Bone Soup The broth is rich and deep but not greasy. The cod is fresh and tender, infused with the savory essence of beef bones—one bowl comforts the soul~ 🐟💛 We went around 1 PM, and the place was packed—mostly Korean customers, which says a lot about its authenticity!
