Birmingham's Recommended Restaurant: Bistrot Pierre
A friend's birthday dinner was booked here, located by the canal where you can often see cruise boats passing by. The service is also good. Since we ordered dishes to share, they thoughtfully changed our plates for us. The only downside is that when the restaurant is crowded, the waiters are a bit overwhelmed. Recommended Dishes: Appetizers: Chicken Liver Parfait ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Friends all said it was delicious, and the portion is good for an appetizer. Prawns Provencale ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The prawns are covered in sauce and the meat is very fresh, but the portion seems small, only about four prawns. Main Course: Roast Pork Belly ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The most recommended dish, I had high expectations, but the skin was a bit too hard, which I personally couldn't accept. Confit Duck Leg ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My favorite dish of the night, the crispy skin with tender duck meat, drizzled with sauce, the taste is exceptional, and the accompanying potato cake and roasted vegetables are also delicious! Boeuf Bourguignon ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The sauce and mashed potatoes are quite tasty, but the beef is a bit tough in the middle. Sea Balsa Fish ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This seems to be a special menu item, the fish sticks to the bottom sauce and tastes good. Desserts: Chocolate Brownie ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The brownie is hot and gooey! The taste and texture are superb, and it comes with an ice cream, which is delicious. Sticky Toffee Pudding ⭐️⭐️⭐️ This looks similar to the brownie, but it doesn't taste as good as the brownie, more like a sponge cake. Overall, the experience was quite good! If you want to come with friends, remember to book in advance. They also have a 3-course meal for £23 and a £10 lunch special. #FoodieJourney #UKLife #BirminghamFood #BirminghamLife #Birmingham #BirminghamExploration #FoodDaily
