Birmingham | First Time Trying Fried Chicken French Toast

I remember two stores, and the one I visited is near Victoria Square. The storefront is quite small. You go upstairs once inside. I went there on a weekday at noon and didn’t have to wait in line. The interior is decorated with lots of green plants. If it’s a sunny day, the skylight on the ceiling must look beautiful. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a fan of Western food, but I thought it was incredibly delicious! Hahaha 😂 Fried Chicken French Toast This was my first time trying a savory French Toast. The combination of crispy fried chicken with soft bread and maple syrup was surprisingly delicious. They also provided a spicy dipping sauce. I just wish there was a bit more fried chicken. 🤣 Harissa Benedict The sausage bits in this dish were really tasty—I’ve never seen anything like it before. The bread wasn’t too hard either. 😋 After eating, I bought a blueberry doughnut and a pistachio roll from the bakery area at the entrance. They tasted a bit too sweet and greasy for my liking.
