Birmingham | Romantic Italian Cuisine for a Date Night
Just a 20-minute walk š¶ from Birmingham New Street, Piccolino is perfect for a cozy date night. Linguine Allāaragosta (Lobster Linguine) š¦ A must-order! The pasta is coated in a rich, creamy sauce with a š tomato base, and the lobster is fresh. For two people, this dish alone might not be enough. Margherita Pizza š You can see it being made fresh and then baked in the wood-fired oven. While itās good, itās not particularly mind-blowing. Tiramisu The mascarpone and cream sweetness is perfectly balanced by the š· and coffee flavors. Itās incredibly smooth, and you wonāt feel sick after finishing the whole thing. The waiter recommended two cocktails šø: Friends with Benefits Delicious, with a fruity sweetness. Limoncello Spritz Not on the menu, but a refreshing mix of lemon š soda and a shot. It has a stronger alcohol taste and a higher ABV. Thereās a 10% service charge. For two people, the total came to Ā£101 plus still water. Haha! You can book a table directly through Google Maps by searching for Piccolino and selecting a time on their official website. When we went on a Friday night, it wasnāt too busy, so we could walk in without a reservation. #italianrestaurant #datenight #foodie #atmosphericdining #restaurantrecommendation #foodexploration #birminghamfood #italiancuisine #hiddenrestaurantgems
