I'm *back again* with another must-try Birmingham restaurant ! ππ½οΈ Today's spotlight: Rabbit in Stirchley ! π©βπ³π Run by chef Ash (from South Africa πΏπ¦) and her wife Erin (a Birmingham PhD student π). Ash previously worked at Wilderness (another fave of mine!), then branched out on her own. They started as "Riverine Rabbit" , popping up at bars across Brumβmy first taste was at Cork & Cage in Stirchley! π· Now, theyβve got their *own cozy spot* π‘.
