🥩 The main event: The fillet steak was incredibly tender. ✨ I think it must have been rested before serving,Allowing the juices to be reabsorbed into the meat. Each bite was moist and full of rich meaty flavor. 🍃🌸 The mushroom sauce was perfectly caramelized and dry,Ensuring the puff pastry stayed crisp. The ham added a noticeable savory flavor.✨ I've tried making Wellington at home a couple of times,And I know it's not easy to get it just right. ✨ I think this Wellington is even better than those from New York's classic steak houses. The only downside was the waiter's plating direction.✨ He didn't present the pastry pattern towards me, which slightly detracted from the visual appeal. 🍃🌸 I'm really particular about the details of dining. My birthday coincided with a heavy snowfall in New York and some TikTok drama,But celebrating with so many good friends made me feel truly blessed.
