Blu Ember just opened downstairs at the Westin Hotel, and the ambiance is super elegant and beautiful. 🌇 Must-try dishes: Grilled Octopus 🦑: Tender and perfectly charred. French Onion Soup 🥄: Rich and comforting, with a gooey cheese crust. Black Truffle Risotto 🍔: Creamy and infused with the earthy aroma of truffles. Seafood Pasta 🍝: Fresh and flavorful, with a medley of seafood. The dish I was most excited about, the Tuna Caviar Pancake, was a bit of a letdown. [Hehe] The rest of the dishes were pretty average. 🍔 I also ordered a Passion Fruit Cocktail, which was quite sweet but refreshing.
