Blue Hour Photography at Senso-ji Temple π·
π Senso-ji Temple: You can also visit Sumida Park, which is just a few minutes' walk away and offers a great spot for photographing Tokyo Skytree. π Senso-ji Temple is quite an enjoyable place to visit: π’π The vantage point for P1-P2 is on the 8th floor of the "Asakusa Culture Center" opposite the Kaminarimon Gate of Senso-ji Temple. There's a cafΓ© there. If you catch the sunset, you can capture the blue hour ambiance like in P1. π π’π Inside Senso-ji Temple, you can draw fortune slips. You'll need a 100-yen coin, so make sure to have some change on hand. πΏπ If you draw a bad fortune, remember to tie it to the nearby rack and leave it there. Good fortunes, however, you can take with you. π Nakamise Shopping Street, featured in P1-P2, is lined with many snack stalls. π’π There are plenty of treats like taiyaki (fish-shaped cakes), mochi (rice cakes), fried dough from Asakusa Kujo, and grilled dango (sweet dumplings) from Kiguya, all of which are said to be delicious. πΏπ The grilled dango is particularly good. You don't need to try everything, as the flavors are quite similar. Just go with what catches your eye, and remember to bring some change. π‘ π’π For unagi (eel) dishes, try Kuwabara Maekawa Asakusa Main Store. It's quite tasty and perfect for lunch or dinner. Asakusa Konban (sukiyaki) is another good option. π Nearby Senso-ji Temple, there's a silver jewelry shop called "dear blossom" that features Indian-style silver accessories, such as feather pendants and bracelets. πΏπ The prices are quite reasonable, so if you're interested, it's worth a visit. π #Japan π#Tokyo π#Asakusa πΏ#SensojiTemple π―
