Bodega SF:Vietnamese restaurant in San Francisco

🩵 Bo Tai Chanh This is their signature dish, the Vietnamese thinly sliced raw beef with a honey sweet and sour sauce is simply a delicacy. It's incredibly refreshing and comfortable with each bite, offering a unique texture that leaves a lasting impression. 🩵 Fried Whole Fish The crispy whole fish is also a dish I particularly enjoy. I've always found Southeast Asian fried fish to be especially tasty, mainly because of the freshness of the ingredients. The fish is tender and the skin is crispy, giving each bite a strong sense of layering. I particularly love the fried garlic slices, which are so fragrant, and when paired with onions and scallions, the taste is light, not heavy. It's not the kind of sweet that comes from thick sauces, but rather it brings out the natural flavor of the fish. High-quality fish doesn't need to be masked with cooking wine or chili to cover up any fishy taste; it's delicious on its own. 🩵 Salted Egg Yolk Fried Rice with Prawns I think this dish tastes great as well. The prawns are incredibly tender and large, providing immense satisfaction and joy with each bite! The fried rice is distinctly separate, and the salted egg yolk is particularly fragrant. The downside is that it's a bit oily, and it can become greasy if you eat too much, eventually needing to be taken home. 🩵 Crab Noodle A favorite for noodle lovers. Seafood with noodles is delicious no matter how it's stir-fried or braised. The crab meat portion here is quite generous, and the clay pot noodles are fragrant and filled with the aroma of the sea. The noodles are also tender and delicious. However, I feel that this dish can be found in many Cantonese restaurants, so there's no need to order it specifically at a Vietnamese restaurant. 🍴Bodega 📍 138 Mason St, San Francisco, CA 94102 #San Francisco #Bodega SF#Vietnamese food ### name:Bodega SF address : 138 Mason St, San Francisco, CA 94102 type: restruant ###
