The 34th Annual Spirit of Boise Balloon Classic is coming in 2025 to Ann Morrison Park! Mark your calendars — this is one of Idaho’s most magical sky-high events 🌟🤩. ❤️ Event Highlights & Schedule • Daily Morning Launches: Around 7:15 AM (weather permitting) until 9 AM 🎈🌅. 👍 Special Event Highlights: 🎈 CapEd Kid’s Day – Wednesday, Aug 27: Free tethered balloon rides for kids + fun balloon education activities! 👧🧒🎈 🎈 Media Day – Thursday, Aug 28 📸. 🎈 V.I.P. Day & Nite Glow Spectacular – Friday, Aug 29: • Morning balloon launches • Afternoon “Inflatable Fun Zone” with slides, obstacle courses, bounce houses, mechanical bull 🐂🤸‍♂️ • Evening “Nite Glow” show with lit-up balloons, live music, and food stalls 🌙🎶 🎈 Last Launch – Final Day: • 5:15 AM – Final ascension • 6:00 AM – Dawn Patrol / Inflation • 7:20 AM – Regular morning launch (weather dependent) ☀️🎈 📝 Tips & Additional Info: • This event draws huge crowds — the sound of burners and sight of balloons lifting off is unforgettable 👏🔥. • Veteran pilot Curt Pengelly says ballooning has evolved since 1974, but that thrill of being up close to the roaring engines and rising balloons remains timeless 🧡. • Dress in layers!
