Boston Chinatown Food Review | π Jiang-Zhe Cuisine β Fuchun Ju π
As a native of Zhejiang, I recently tried the newly opened Fuchun Ju in Bostonβhereβs my menu guide for you! 1οΈβ£ Peking Duck πππππ So delicious! The skin was super crispy π¦π₯. Surprisingly amazing Peking duck at a Jiangnan-style restaurant! A half-duck is perfect for two. 2οΈβ£ West Lake Beef Soup πππππ A must-order for me at any Jiang-Zhe restaurant in the US π₯£β€οΈ. Huge portionβenough for 8 bowls! Rich and comforting. 3οΈβ£ Abalone Sauce Rice ππππ The sauce was a bit salty but very flavorful! Though it gave me βpre-made dishβ vibes π . 4οΈβ£ Shanghai Soup Dumplings (Xiaolongbao) πππππ Excellent! The broth was hot π₯, the skin was thinβvery authentic. Order it! 5οΈβ£ Yan Du Xian (Salt-Brined Pork & Bamboo Soup) πππ Just okayβ¦ tasted a bit like instant seasoning pack π₯². 6οΈβ£ Seafood Tofu Stew ππππ Great with rice! The egg tofu was soft and yummy π, but had a slight seafood smell. Not for those sensitive to fishy notes! 7οΈβ£ Dim Sum Platter πππππ Pretty and tasty! The coconut cake was the star π₯₯πβnext time Iβll just order that instead of the platter! π΅ Price: ~$50 per person π Address: 55 Beach St, Boston, MA 02111 #BostonFood #BostonLife #JiangZheCuisine #FuchunJu #FoodReview #ChineseFood #BostonChinatown #FoodieAdventure π₯’π
