Boston Chinatown Food Review | ๐ Jiang-Zhe Cuisine โ Fuchun Ju ๐
As a native of Zhejiang, I recently tried the newly opened Fuchun Ju in Bostonโhereโs my menu guide for you! 1๏ธโฃ Peking Duck ๐๐๐๐๐ So delicious! The skin was super crispy ๐ฆ๐ฅ. Surprisingly amazing Peking duck at a Jiangnan-style restaurant! A half-duck is perfect for two. 2๏ธโฃ West Lake Beef Soup ๐๐๐๐๐ A must-order for me at any Jiang-Zhe restaurant in the US ๐ฅฃโค๏ธ. Huge portionโenough for 8 bowls! Rich and comforting. 3๏ธโฃ Abalone Sauce Rice ๐๐๐๐ The sauce was a bit salty but very flavorful! Though it gave me โpre-made dishโ vibes ๐ . 4๏ธโฃ Shanghai Soup Dumplings (Xiaolongbao) ๐๐๐๐๐ Excellent! The broth was hot ๐ฅ, the skin was thinโvery authentic. Order it! 5๏ธโฃ Yan Du Xian (Salt-Brined Pork & Bamboo Soup) ๐๐๐ Just okayโฆ tasted a bit like instant seasoning pack ๐ฅฒ. 6๏ธโฃ Seafood Tofu Stew ๐๐๐๐ Great with rice! The egg tofu was soft and yummy ๐, but had a slight seafood smell. Not for those sensitive to fishy notes! 7๏ธโฃ Dim Sum Platter ๐๐๐๐๐ Pretty and tasty! The coconut cake was the star ๐ฅฅ๐โnext time Iโll just order that instead of the platter! ๐ต Price: ~$50 per person ๐ Address: 55 Beach St, Boston, MA 02111 #BostonFood #BostonLife #JiangZheCuisine #FuchunJu #FoodReview #ChineseFood #BostonChinatown #FoodieAdventure ๐ฅข๐
