Bouchon – Seriously, How Is No One Recommending This Restaurant ?! 😱
Located on the 10th floor of the Venetian Hotel—take the stairs to the right of the check-in lobby! 🏨✨ We went on a Monday night—not too crowded, no wait. But I’d still recommend making a reservation just in case! 📅✅ The food was incredibly delicious and aromatic—especially the beef tartare! We devoured every last bite—it’s a must-order!! 🥩💫 Served with bread, sour cream, and pickles—such a perfect combo! I’m already craving it again… though it was a bit on the salty side. My friend and I drank so much water! 🥖🥒💦 The salmon came with a sauce that tasted like Sichuan zhajiang (savory bean paste)—unique and tasty! 🐟🌶️ The chicken was super tender too!!
