Bouchon Bistro πΈπΉ
Located in The Venetian Overall impression: every dish was delicious with the first bite, rich by the second, and too much by the third. Best enjoyed with friends so you can share and try a bit of everything!πΉ My absolute favorite was the foie gras β seared to a crisp, fragrant crust while staying tender inside. The beet sauce and strawberries cut through the richness perfectly β one of the only dishes we finished effortlessly and actually wanted more of!β¨ The escargot was tasty at first, but by the second bite, it felt heavy, and we left most of the puff pastry behind. The onion soup had a crust made purely of cheese β nice when hot, but once it cooled a little, it became hard to enjoy. We relied on the oysters and clams to refresh our palates throughout the meal. π¦ͺπ Perfect for a fancy night out when youβre in the mood for French classics, but come with a group and pace yourself β itβs rich, indulgent, and best savored slowly. #VegasEats #BouchonBistro #TheVenetian #FrenchCuisine #FoodieReview π·π₯
