🎭 Branson, Missouri & Big Cedar Lodge Resort
🚗 Day 1: The Scenic Drive We hit the road at 8 AM and drove east for 5.5 hours, making pit stops along the way. We had lunch in a small town—my husband claimed it tasted "just like his mom and dad’s cooking" (I wasn’t so sure 😉). We passed through Arkansas, briefly soaking in the local culture, and arrived by 4 PM at our destination: Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, Missouri, nestled beside the stunning Table Rock Lake. 🏞️ 🏨 Big Cedar Lodge: A Slice of Paradise The resort offered delicious food and unparalleled views! 🍽️ Dining: Multiple amazing restaurants with world-class options—from casual lakeside meals to fine dining and backyard barbecues. Activities: Golf, pools, water sports on Table Rock Lake, fishing, hiking trails, lake cruises, playgrounds, bowling, shooting ranges, and more! 🎣⛳🎳 Convenience: Shuttle services to all attractions—no stress, just pure relaxation. 😌 🏘️ Day 2: Exploring Branson Just 15 minutes from our resort, Branson—a town of only 10,000 people—packed a punch with its vibrant arts scene! 🎪 Shows & Exhibits: Dance, music, acrobatics, magic, horseback shows, museums, and more! Reputation: Known as the "Live Music Capital of the World" with the highest density of performance venues in the U.S. 🎵🎭 We hopped on a free shuttle for a quick tour but skipped shows and cruises due to time constraints. Still, we fell in love with the town’s charm, beauty, and the warmth of its people! ❤️ #Branson #BigCedarLodge #Missouri #WeekendGetaway #TableRockLake
