Brooklyn | The Japanese Soufflé Pancakes That Keep Me Coming Back 🌟

Rule of Thirds is located near Williamsburg. 📍 They serve Japanese cuisine, weekend brunch, and dinner on weekdays. The entire space is incredibly spacious, with a refreshing Japanese wooden aesthetic. It’s the kind of dining environment that instantly lifts your mood. 🌿 🌟Their brunch menu is a must-try, especially the signature soufflé pancakes. These pancakes have a taste reminiscent of old-fashioned cupcakes but are even fluffier. The portion is huge, and the melted butter paired with maple syrup creates a moist and slightly sweet texture that’s not overly rich. While I wouldn’t say it’s mind-blowing, it’s definitely worth recommending. 🥧 I personally love their Chicken Katsu Sandwich. It’s generously portioned and perfect for sharing. The Tamago Sandwich is decent and suits those who prefer a lighter taste. The Chicken Nanban is also delicious—very juicy and moist. 🌟However, I wouldn’t recommend the Japanese breakfast set; it’s pretty average. The various Don dishes are pretty good and worth a try. 🍔 In terms of the food, it’s worth a visit if you’re in the area, but it’s not something you need to go out of your way for. However, the dining atmosphere is truly comfortable, which is why I’ve been back several times. 🌇 #RecorderOfRomanticLife #NoteInspiration #NewYorkLiving 🌟
