Brussels Cuisine, I Ate Snails π Brussels Food Recommendation
On my way back to the hotel from the Grand Place in Brussels, I came across a restaurant with a display of seafood at the entrance that looked very appetizing. I ordered snail soup, grilled shrimp, mussels, and grilled small fish. The total was 32 euros. Here are the menu and the bill. The service was quick, and the food was really fresh. The snail soup π was amazing, with tender meat, a delicious broth, and a hint of spiciness. Superb! The mussels π¦ͺ were fresh and tender, cooked with garlic and chili, which was right up my alley. The grilled shrimp π¦ was fresh, served with a salad, making for a light and guilt-free meal. I initially ordered these three dishes just to try them out, but I ended up loving each one. So, I added an order of the small fish π, which was crispy and perfect for a snack with drinks, though a bit salty. I was planning to go back for another meal, but the restaurant closes at 6:30 in the winter. I missed it after visiting Bruges and Ghent, and the next day I had an early bus to Amsterdam. A small regret in my travels. Next time, Iβll definitely come back! #Brussels #BrusselsCuisine #Belgium #BelgiumCuisine #BrusselsTravelGuide #BrusselsLife #Food #FoodExploration #EuropeanCuisine #EuropeanTravel
