BTS Announces Massive 2026-2027 Tour With Two Shows At Stanford Stadium — And They’re Sooner Than You Think
BTS announced a massive worldwide tour today with 79 shows cross 34 cities. Luckily for us, the acclaimed K-pop group will play two nights at Stanford Stadium on May 15th and 16th, 2026. The historic stadium has a seating capacity of around 50,000 and is located within walking distance from the Palo Alto Caltrain station. What’s different about the 2026-2027 BTS World Tour? ---------------------------------------------------- The upcoming tour is set to feature “360-degree, in-the-round stage design,” which will undoubtedly showcase the group’s range and choreography. According to Live Nation, this type of stage allows for increased venue capacity and a more immersive audience experience. BTS will make their first-ever appearance in cities such as Tampa, Bogotá, Kaohsiung, Madrid, and Brussels. What are the BTS World Tour stops? ---------------------------------- The BTS World Tour will embark on an ambitious route this spring with shows in Asia, North America, South America, Europe, and Australia. Shows kick off this April in South Korea and Japan before coming to our side of the pond with stops in Tampa, El Paso, Mexico City, Stanford, and Las Vegas. Then, the group is back off to South Korea for more summer shows before hitting European cities including Madrid, Brussels, Munich, Paris, and London. The tour returns to North America at the end of the summer, playing Baltimore, Arlington, Toronto, and Chicago. They will play four shows at Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium on Sept. 1, 2, 5, and 6. From there, BTS heads to South America to play Bogotá, Santiago, Buenos Aires, and São Paulo, before jetting off to finish the year in Bangkok, Singapore, Hong Kong, Melbourne, Sydney, and more. Additional cities for 2027 are still TBA , but the group has confirmed they will be coming to Japan and the Middle East.
