Café Boulud 🍽️
Daniel Boulud, who hasn't been cooking seriously for a while, is super serious about opening restaurants. That's why he still has four stars, but all of them are one-star ones. 🌟This newly reopened Café Boulud goes for a classic bistro style. In the Upper East Side, an area filled with old money, you'll see a bunch of silver-haired grandpas and grandmas dining here. The food is also classic Lyon bistro cuisine. 🍔 The Lobster Ravioli is the best here, and the Foie Gras Terrine is pretty good too. The duck meat comes in two pieces with different thicknesses. The tasty parts are really nice, but some parts are just too tough to chew. The King Cake is good, and the Mont Blanc is an innovative version, but I think the classic one is better. 🌅 Overall, it's like a small bistro on the streets of Lyon. Why it deserves a 🌟, I just can't wrap my head around. 🤔 #FoodieDaily #RestaurantHopping #NYCFoodie 🌅
