How can one visit Osaka without indulging in a soufflé at least once? 🌺🌿 We had planned to spend the day shopping in Umeda, but took a detour to Namba, and I must say, this soufflé made the extra journey worthwhile. 🌺🌿 The fluffy texture made me wonder if I even needed teeth, and with the addition of maple syrup and cream, I forgot about calories for a moment and savored the simple joy.
