Cafe de l'Empire: Finally Had the Famous French Duck Confit 🦆✨

Near the Musée d'Orsay, this restaurant serves generous portions and delicious food! After our museum visit, we walked over—just 400 meters 🚶—and although it was crowded, we waited only about 10 minutes without a reservation. 🦆 The duck confit and 🐓 chicken leg were huge! The chicken leg came with mashed potatoes 🥔, which was really nice, and we also ordered a glass of champagne 🍾. The 🧅 onion soup was unexpectedly delicious! With three people and four dishes, we could barely finish everything! French duck confit is a traditional French delicacy, often referred to as the "queen of gourmet cuisine." Its history stretches back hundreds of years, once considered a dish for the noble elite. #RestaurantRecommendations #FrenchCuisine #FoodieSpot #ParisEats #ParisOlympics #MuseeDOrsay #FoodGuide #ParisFoodie #FrenchDuckConfit #BestEatsInParis
