Can't Get Enough! I'll Be Back!

This has to be the best restaurant I've been to so far! I didn't actually have super high expectations, considering the "Nordic food desert" stereotype. But this place blew me away! It combines Yanji-style grilled skewers, hot pot skewers, and Korean fried chicken all in one! What makes it special: Each skewer has a unique flavor—unlike some places where everything tastes the same! Must-try dishes: 💜 The cold noodles are amazing! They're not just Korean-style; they're the authentic Korean-Chinese variety! We ordered both the mixed cold noodles and the broth-based cold noodles, but the broth-based version is so refreshing and satisfying! 💜 The hot pot with tripe as the base is fantastic! You can add extra meat or vegetables if you like—it's like having your own mini hot pot! 💜 The grilled skewers are a must! Duck tongues, lamb skewers, kidneys, and the yellow throat are all delicious. The tendon is a bit chewy but still flavorful. 💜 I've heard the fried chicken is great too! A friend went the next day but forgot to take a photo. Overall, we were super satisfied with this place! The food is so authentic and just plain delicious! Other highlights: 💜 The beer is served in large cans like back home, or you can get draft beer. It pairs perfectly with the fried chicken and grilled skewers. It feels like being back in China in an instant! The owner is super(warm and welcoming)! But what surprised me most was that there were a lot of foreigners here, and they seemed to really enjoy it! It looks like Chinese cuisine is truly hard to beat, even for them! 😂 Important tip: ⚠️ Reservations are a must! The place is always packed! 🏠 Restaurant Name: Captain H 📍 Address: Blegdamsvej 106, kl, 2100 København, Denmark #UnforgettableFoodExperience #GlobalEatingAdventures #HiddenGemRestaurant #LateNightDining #CopenhagenFood #Denmark #RestaurantReview #CopenhagenSkewers #CopenhagenFriedChicken
