Last week, we were in Richmond and didn’t know what to eat. After seeing the photos on Google reviews, I was shocked by the golden, crispy giant youtiao!! Isn’t this the ultimate budget-friendly delight? Freshly fried, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the moment you dunk it in soy milk—pure bliss! 🥢🥛 🌟 Salted Egg Yolk Spot Prawns I am in love with this dish!! Crispy fried spot prawns 🦐 coated in rich salted egg yolk… I can’t even imagine how happy you’d be after eating this! The shrimp was super plump, mixed with chopped onions 🧅 and green peppers. Absolutely mind-blowing! If you’re a fan of salted egg yolk, don’t miss this one! The prawns they use change with the seasons—right now is spot prawn season! 🌟🦐 🌟 Jade Mussels These mussels were huge, super clean, and paired perfectly with chives—no fishy taste at all. Comes with kelp, cauliflower, and bean sprouts. I had to go for a bowl of rice immediately!
