Located in Toronto's Distillery District, this French bistro is a charming spot. I visited in the fall and sat on the patio, but be warned—there were quite a few pesky little flies! 🦟 I'd recommend sitting indoors instead. ARTISANAL BREAD BASKET: I remember bread baskets used to be complimentary, but this time they’re an extra order. The sourdough and garlic focaccia were both delicious! 🍞 BAKED BRIE BRÛLÉE: This dish was a bit too rich for my taste… I couldn't finish it. The bread is toasted with honey, and the brie has a crisp layer on top. The first few bites were great, but it became quite heavy after that. 🧀 TENDERLOIN AND FRITES: As usual, the presentation was a bit lacking. The fries are the thin, crispy kind—super tasty! 🍟 However, the beef was a bit overcooked; we ordered medium rare, but it came out more like medium well. 🥩 NAGANO PORKCHOP: The pork chop came with duck fat potato pave, resembling a layered potato dish. It was quite tasty! 🥔 The accompanying apple chutney was refreshing and paired well with the pork. 🍎 MIEL D’AMOUR: This dessert features almond cake, marshmallow, and mascarpone cream. But oh my, it was so sweet! 🍰 I could only manage a third before calling it quits. #Canada #TorontoLife #HiddenGems #FoodieDaily #TorontoEats #TorontoDining ### Name: Cluny Bistro & Boulangerie Address: 35 Tank House Lane, Toronto, ON M5A 3C4 Type: Restaurant ###
