Celebrated my friend's birthday 🎂 at Casa Paco, which is ranked 32nd on Canada’s 2024 list! ✨ Every day, Casa Paco features a different menu, and on my friend's birthday, they even printed "Happy Birthday" on the menu—a truly heartfelt touch ❤️. I absolutely love the restaurant’s décor; it has a charming European vintage vibe, perfect for photos 📸. We ordered their seafood paella, available only from 3 PM to 8 PM on Sundays. It’s priced at $68 per person and is definitely worth every penny. The paella is packed with seafood 🦐🦑, though the rice is much thinner compared to other places because they focus on creating a crispy crust. The texture of the crust is really unique. The menu features different fresh seafood daily, and the waitstaff explains the "catch of the day." When we went, they had scallops and prawns, but we opted for the paella, which was incredibly tempting 🍲. They also offer different wine recommendations each day. Today’s special was Spanish Vinatigo Listan Blanco 🍷. Overall, the meal came to about $100 per person, including wine, and felt like a great value.
