Laowai has been around for a year now. Its intriguing name caught my attention when it first opened, and this year, it was ranked 4th in Canada. Drinks ✅ I'm not a fan of strong alcoholic flavors, so I opted for the fruitier options. The Jade Empire tastes like aloe and is so mild you can barely taste the alcohol—I'm quite satisfied! The Milk Punch is also fruity and easy to drink. My boyfriend, who is more particular about his drinks, chose something related to Marco Polo’s travels. He was quite pleased with it, though I can’t remember the name. 🍸🍹 Drink Menu 👏 Each drink comes with its own story, and the menu is designed so well that I’d love to buy a copy just to keep as a collectible. The bar has dim lighting, creating a perfect atmosphere for a casual hangout with friends after work or on weekends (but be prepared to wait in line). There's now a dress code—no flip-flops or sportswear allowed.
