One of the top restaurants in Toronto! 🍴 What blew me away the most wasn't the Duck Confit that everyone seems to order, but the limited Red Wine Braised Beef 🥩 that you need some luck to get! 【Steak Tartare】 If you’re okay with raw beef, this dish is a sure bet! The tartare here is outstanding—probably the 3️⃣rd best I’ve had in Toronto. The bread was a bit hard for my taste, so I didn’t finish it, but I went to town on the beef, eating it by the spoonful 🥄. 【Fresh Oysters🦪】 These are market-priced 💲, and I ordered half a dozen. The first bite was mind-blowing‼️ They’re not cheap, but the oysters were impeccably clean, plump, and tender. They were incredibly fresh with no fishy taste—just pure ocean sweetness. A squeeze of 🍋 lemon juice, and it was like eating refreshing little jellies. Six oysters disappeared in no time! 【Duck Confit🦆】 This is their classic signature dish, and almost every table orders it. The Duck Confit met all my expectations—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. The skin is crispy, the meat is juicy, and the rich flavors from the duck fat are heavenly. Paired with creamy mashed potatoes 🥔 and a rich sauce, it’s easy to see why everyone loves it! 【Cote de Boeuf】 Red Wine Braised Beef 🍷—I was incredibly lucky to snag the last piece after asking and pleading with the server. This dish took my dining experience to the next level 🤩. It took a bit longer to arrive, but it was worth the wait. The beef was so tender it practically melted in my mouth, with thick, hearty pieces that were full of flavor.
