Canada Weekend Dining Out šŸ½ļø

In Toronto, it’s rare for me to recommend restaurants, but this one is a real gem. Especially in these inflationary times when you never quite know what you’re getting for your money... The atmosphere here is cozy and elegant, without being too pretentious. The owner is down-to-earth and genuinely interested in your experience. He’ll check in every five minutes, and if you're interested, he can explain every detail of the dishes—really engaging! Most importantly, the food hits the spot perfectly. Seafood Capellini: I’m a seafood lover, so I went for the seafood pasta. It’s made with cherry tomatoes and white wine as a base, plus fresh seafood. There’s no excessive salt—just pure, clean flavors that let the seafood shine. The pasta, coated in rich sauce, is absolutely divine... šŸ Franco Fries: If you enjoy truffle oil fries, you’ll love these. They’re on par with the truffle fries from RH in Yorkdale, but what sets these apart is the honey drizzled on top. Trust me, it’s a flavor sensation! šŸŸšŸÆ Beef Carpaccio: As an appetizer, the raw beef carpaccio is a must-try. It’s served with croutons and baby arugula, adding layers of flavor. If you like raw meat, this dish is a must-order! 🄩 #HiddenGem #TorontoDining #CanadaLife #DinnerTonight ### Name: Sarpa Trattoria Address: 13311 Yonge St, near Oak Ridges Type: Restaurant ###
