The full menu has a āCalamari Frittiā thatās $4 moreānot sure if thereās a difference. The squid itself was tender and smoothāgood point! But it was watery, which made the batter loose and soft. If you like crispy calamari, this wonāt hit the spot. The spicy marinara dipping sauce was a letdownāvery one-dimensional, just sour and salty with uneven spiciness. Barely edible. š š Frutti di Mare: One of the worst pastas Iāve ever hadāeven my homemade version with grocery store ingredients is better. Besides the squid (which was still tender), everything else was inedible. The mussels and clams were unbelievably fishy šš. The herbs sprinkled on top seemed old and flavorlessālike zombie spices. The sauce was just salty, with no depth except an overpowering garlic taste. And the pasta? It broke apart like wet paper when I tried to twirl it on my fork⦠š This restaurant couldāve just taken my $32, but instead they gave me a plate of mushy carbs to spike my blood sugarāhow thoughtful. š The only positive: The complimentary bread was good! Instead of balsamic, they served it with oil and sun-dried tomatoesānice touch. š š Service: The server was pretty cold, like someone owed her money š . I donāt mind neutral service, but donāt ask āhowās everything?ā with a stern faceāfelt like being interrogated by a school principal. šļø This place is a new branch of an old Summerlin spot. If this restaurant has regulars⦠what are they coming for? The wrinkled tablecloth? I saw another table leaving at the same timeāthey walked slowly to a car taking up two parking spots.
