Cardiff is quite big, but you can still explore it in a day π
Last year, Cardiff Uni rejected my application! But since the city is so beautiful, Iβll forgive it π΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώβ€οΈ. Took a 2-hour train from Exeter. Route: Train station β Millennium Stadium β Cardiff Castle β Bute Park (exit from the side) β City Hall β National Museum (free!) β Queen's Arcade shopping mall (so many big brands β made this Exeter peasant cry ποΈπ) β all the way south through the mall β a huge 5-floor vintage building with comics and random cool stuff β finally, Cardiff Bay + Boat Tours π€. Overall: big city, lively vibe, beautiful attractions. The bay area is super chill π. Ate at two Chinese restaurants locals call their "canteens": Little Noodle House β noodles and rice dishes, generous portions π Happy Gathering β amazing dim sum! Opens at 12, always packed π₯π₯ You donβt have to stay overnight, but I did (no rush!). Stayed at Angel Hotel right opposite the castle β nice and comfy π¨β . Pls give me a follow if you liked this! Thanksss! πβ¨ #StudyUK #UKTravel #CityWalk #Cardiff #Exeter #Seaside #UrbanPhotography #DayTrip
