Bone Marrow The horseradish sauce on top was a bit overpowering. I recommend using less sauce when spreading it on the bread. Pan con Tomate This dish feels like something I could make at home, but it just doesn't taste the same. The combination of tomato, olive oil, and bread is refreshing. 🎢🍃 Razor Clams The clams were tender and had a nice chewy, bouncy texture, but they were a bit bland. Pairing them with olive oil would enhance the flavor. Oxtail It was good, but compared to the other dishes, it felt a bit underwhelming. There wasn't much to remember, and the portion was quite small, despite looking large in the picture. Comparing it to the sea urchin custard really shows the size difference. 🎢🍃 The dishes here seem to go well with olive oil, and overall, they were all pretty good with few misses.
