Case Study of Boutique Hotel Space Design π
Project: AKA NoMad Location: United States Design: Lissoni & Partners π’πAKA NoMad is the first completed project in New York City, located at the heart of the new design district. The entrance is designed as a filter, transporting guests from the bustling city center into an elegant and refined oasis, a serene and peaceful urban sanctuary. πΏ This concept embodies clean lines and minimalist aesthetics, clearly influenced by Japanese and Scandinavian cultures. π’πThe entrance features a sculptural staircase made of bronze - colored metal, with steps crafted from Pietra d'Avola, extending like an origami piece into the large backlit space of the mezzanine. The filtered light creates a soft and comfortable environment, where natural materials like wood and stone are complemented by light - colored and neutral - toned fabrics. π’π Custom - made furniture is juxtaposed with contemporary designs and iconic pieces. #RecorderOfQualityLife #BoutiqueHotel πΏπ
